Asbestos abatement begins in Rochester Midtown Tower project, redevelopment next

Three bids were submitted to total the enormous redevelopment project of Midtown Tower in Rochester, New York. The city will be announcing the winning bidder within the next several weeks – either David Christa as well as Robert Morgan or Uri Kaufman of the Harmony Group.

The huge asbestos abatement project began on September 4 on the top three floors of Midtown Tower. Redevelopment cannot take place until the toxic substance is removed.
