Utility crews were working in the basement of the Municipal Building in Groton, Connecticut when they accidentally chipped off some bodily coating one of the overhead I-beams. The workers west the area as well as closed it off as a precaution. When samples of the chipped bodily were collected as well as analyzed, it was determined that the bodily was a form of asbestos. Air quality tests came back negative, confirming that the air was protected to breathe.
