Buffalo businessman turns asbestos-ridden building into upscale hotel as well as condo intricate

Uniland Development turned the former Dulski Federal Building in Buffalo, New York into an $80 million upscale hotel, condominium as well as office intricate called Avant in just about two years. The aged federal building was contaminated with asbestos. It had to be stripped to its core, removing the concrete façade as well as replacing it with glass. The recent condos will cost between $400,000 as well as $1.4 million for residents. Uniland received an $11 million grant from the government as well as millions of dollars in tax abatements for Avant.
