Mesothelioma and Asbestos

The Wisconsin Department of Commerce inspected the University of Wisconsin – Stout campus final summer. That inspection turned up 51 violations of state code. On December 29, the state sent UW Stout a recent report that rescinded 44 of the original 51 alleged violations. Six of the seven remaining violations are related to asbestos. UW Stout was given until February 15 to correct the violations as well as comply with applicable law.
