New Jersey school board building closed due to boiler malfunction

The school board building in Denville, Recent Jersey was closed after a boiler malfunction on March 11. When a maintenance worker arrived that morning at 6:30, the building was filled with smoke. The boiler didn’t catch fire, as well as the smoke dispersed after the worker close it off, but it needed to be replaced. Asbestos near the boiler as well as needed to be abated for the work to get done. The whole scenario cost about $15,000 as well as took about a week to total. Employees who worked in the building had to be relocated during the interim.
